Designing an Integrated Emergency Unit

A successful project with a happy Client. A key comment from the Client was:

18-Week Orthopaedics

We were working with the Chief Exec in a difficult strategic situation.

"The modelling process has engaged our Clinicians who are now able to propose significant process improvement ideas and to test their preferred solutions which are now being implemented."

For the "Best" Service Delivery

The relationship between GPs and the PCT demands confidence and mutual respect. We were pleased to contribute towards this with our work with South Tyneside PCT on "Improving Access to Psychological Therapies" (IAPT). A comment from the client is :

"We quickly gained a more detailed and rigorous understanding of which skills and resources were currently available and where the gaps in services were."

A Breast Screening Blueprint for Success

Focused_On were retained to look at the difficult geographic and time scheduling problems connected with Breast Screening.  A comment from the client is :

" Leeds & Wakefield have saved buying at least 2 new Screening machines & now have a blue-print for success. Focused_On have got the tools & understanding to help other Breast Screening Services quickly "
